We begin our service with an interior and exterior inspection of your house. Once we understand what pest issues you’re facing, we can recommend a treatment plan to eliminate the problems and also treat your property the very same day.

We offer weekly, monthly, or quarterly follow-up services to keep your home and family consistently protected. Having an issue in-between services? Don’t worry! These services also come with two free re-services per calendar year if an issue arises between our treatments.

Our General Home Pest Control Service

Your service begins with a free inspection. First, we’ll talk with you to discuss what you’ve noticed around your house in regards to pests and pest activity. We’ll then look around the exterior of your home to look for entry holes, cracks and crevices, and hot spots. Inside, we’ll look at baseboards, behind appliances, in the laundry room, and at hot spots.

When our inspection is complete, we’ll go over our findings with you, recommend a course of action, and provide you with a quote for our services. Although our treatments will vary from home to home, you can expect to receive most or all of the following:

Exterior de-webbing
Foundation treatment
Exterior treatment of doors and windows
Crack and crevice treatment
Granule treatment two feet out from the foundation
Baseboard treatment
Treatment behind appliances
Hot spot treatment

Our treatment dries within five minutes and contains no scent, so pets are not attracted to it. We also offer an organic treatment option if you prefer. We do ask that you make areas, such as behind the refrigerator, accessible to us prior to our treatment.

After our initial treatment is complete, we will return to your house on an agreed-upon schedule. We offer weekly, monthly, or quarterly services, depending on your needs. These follow-up plans also include two free re-services throughout the calendar year in between your scheduled services should a problem occur.
